Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Holds various departments accountable for the execution of action plans based on employee engagement data.
  • Measures, monitors, reports on results of survey action plans and uses data to influence change within the employee experience at IOPS.
  • Partners with leaders to identify initiatives to support organizational culture, and employee performance and retention. 
  • Monitors our efforts to influence change, and to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Develops deep understanding of employee needs and aligns organization on the strategies to address those needs via effective communication.
  • Maintains strong relationships with key business leaders to ensure acceptance and operational applicability of processes and programs.
  • Partners with departments and debriefs on the Employee Satisfaction Survey. Drives organizational capability through data.
  • Gains agreement on strategic objectives, plans, and tactics, with a wide range of stakeholders. 
  • Markets results of action plans by conceptualizing, creating, and executing visual and verbal stories, campaigns, and editorials

To be considered for this position, you must have the following: BS in Human Resources, Marketing, Organizational Development, or Psychology and 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.  Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
