Strategic Planning & Operations Senior ManagerThis position can be done remotely. Relocation benefits would be available for candidates willing to relocate to Thousand Oaks. LiveWhat you will do
Lets do this. Lets change the world! In this vital role the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Operations (SP&O) reports into the Director of Marketing, Field Integration and is responsible for the development and coordination of all sales meetings and business unit (BU) Communications. Additionally, the SP&O leads development of executive presentations including quarterly business reviews, cross-functional coordination and corresponding accountabilities, assists in goal setting and tracking deliverables, and special department process improvement initiatives/project management. The SP&O will also be responsible for coordination with the ISS team when appropriate. Finally, the SP&O will support field tactics and initiative roll outs such as sample management and speaker program budget.
Roles & Responsibilities:Supports NeuroNation leadership team in developing and administering team operating model and business cadence
Develops and coordinates team quarterly business review process
Coordinates sales team training programs and semester meeting planning including partnership with collaboration
Drives sharing of best practice process to enhance performance
Makes recommendations to management on improving sales force effectiveness
Represents the department in working cross-functionally with field and home office teams
Strategic/financial/tactical critical metrics development/tracking
Develops presentations for all sales meetings

Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree and 2 years of sales, sales ops and/or marketing experience
OrMasters degree and 4 years of sales, sales ops and/or marketing experience
OrBachelors degree and 6 years of sales, sales ops and/or marketing experience
OrAssociates degree and 10 years of sales, sales ops and/or marketing experience
OrHigh school diploma / GED and 12 years of sales, sales ops and/or marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:Excellent written, analytical and oral communication skills
Very strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, including direct experience using these skills in professional setting
Project Management
Current Home office experience
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across matrix teams
Exceptional project management skills
Excellent written, analytical and oral communication skills
Strategic planning and analytical experience
Strong business analysis skill and financial acumen
Strong ability to translate complex data/information into simple, meaningful insights
Ability to drive cross-functional partnerships, delivery and results
Strong communication and matrix management skills including key partnership with Finance, US Value & Access, BAI, Global Marketing, Medical, among others will be paramount.
Understanding of the US payer environment including the ability to factor government and commercial payer insights into strategic and operational brand plans
