Main Responsibilities

In this role you will primarily be responsible for mammalian cell line generation for expression of monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, Fc-fusions and other therapeutic proteins. The individual will be involved in the following activities as part of job functions:

• Mammalian Cell line development (Preferably CHO cells)
• Process development
• Media optimization

• Motivated and detail-oriented team player who desires to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Consistent record tracking and good computer skills
• Exceptionally strong communication and problem solving skills
• Strong working knowledge/understanding of stable CHO expression
• Media & feed development experience
• Upstream process development experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master or PhD in Immunology/Cell Biology/Chemical Engineering/Biochemical Engineering or related subjects with 3+ years of Pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience particularly in CHO cell culture
