JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for creation, maintenance, and verification of several globally utilized master data objects according to standards and policies. Acting as the subject matter expert on master data towards data owners and data requestors build and revise Master Data across all systems. The role ensures consistent use of data across systems.  The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert, equally comfortable in working with managers, end users and super users (of both business and Information Technology)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 

• Focused on the creation, maintenance and troubleshooting of master data / common data framework and standards across the Arranta Bio Dynamics F&O Landscape and associated systems (Veeva, BMRAM).

• Define and implement efficient and effective processes for the creation and maintenance for all core supply chain master data objects. Document the creation and maintenance processes in SOPs / Process Flows.

• Understand various business needs and requirements for a consistent and flexible set of data rules and standards. Integration of the master data and system solutions to support system and user operation

• Partner with multi-functional leaders and colleagues to align and implement global data policies, standards, and processes.

• Creation, maintenance, verification and troubleshooting of material master data objects across multiple systems including but not limited to bills of material, production versions, and recipes.

• Maintain documentation and data dictionaries to ensure proper and complete integration with multiple systems.  Provide training in planning/other areas as requested. Serve as point of contact for keeping MD policies training up to date as changes occur. Support end user questions, data related queries, and overall understanding of MD.  Work across the multiple teams to ensure proper MD is collected and workflows for material creation are working and enhanced through assessments, as needed.

• Build performance indicator process for the completeness and accuracy of key master data objects including monthly analysis of results to identify systemic issues and drive improvement actions. Maintain records of Global MD activity, including change logs, backlog, and related MD change management performance metrics. Develop and maintain planning and operational KPIs measuring the supply chain health of all sites and their ability to meet short-term and ongoing supply chain and financial objectives.

 

•The individual in this role will assist with training and documentation of all MD processes.

 

Experience and Skills

 

  • A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university preferably with major in technology / engineering or science (related to pharmaceuticals / biopharmaceuticals preferable but not necessary) / supply chain management / operations management.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in ERP, specifically Microsoft Dynamics F&O environment, supply chain, inventory management, planning, financial and quality management business processes, with in industry verticals of life sciences, consumer packaged goods (CPG), etc. Biopharmaceutical / Pharmaceutical experience highly preferred. cGMP and Power BI experience desired 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
