Technical Product Manager

As part of the Product Management team, the Associate Technical Product Manager role is a crucial part of driving detailed specification and execution of software products. This role will pair with Software Engineering development teams to bring new product features through the development lifecycle with high quality. You Will:

- Work closely with Technical Product Management to derive detailed software requirements and acceptance criteria that trace to user needs and product requirements.

- Own and manage multiple software requirements specifications, keeping content up to date across the lifecycle of development.

- Create process flow diagrams to communicate technical workflow and to facilitate sustainable and scalable design.

- Gather inputs from Software Engineering, Software Test, Quality, Compliance, Tech Writing, and others to build and manage backlog of scrum activities.

- Support Software Project Management in aligning backlog and sprints against release activities.

Your Background Includes:

- You enjoy driving the evolution of complex systems towards well organized and documented components

- You are proficient with JIRA and Confluence; Agile methodologies

- You are highly skilled in communicating and writing technical details in software requirement format

-You are comfortable acting as both leader and team player, working across multiple scrum teams to deliver results at the product level

-You have independent initiative and attention to detail, bringing new ideas or identifying and solving software requirement gaps
 
- You have experience in a regulated environment

- You have 4+ years of experience in software systems engineering or similar roles
