The Temp Specialist, Site Contracts Lead is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality, compliant, effective, and timely work product and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders..

In this role, a typical day might include the following:
• Assisting site budgets leads by creating site-facing budgets and negotiation parameters
• Assisting site contracts leads by drafting and negotiating contract amendments and letters
• Developing negotiated unit rate Excel workbooks for studies and maintaining budget decision logs
• Handling the internal contract execution process, including but not limited to signatures and uploading to the contract management system and other specified areas
• Developing and enhancing relationships with internal clients, internal stakeholders, vendors, and sites and effectively communicate with them
• Escalating to colleagues in the Law Department and other stakeholder groups per the internal process requirements
• Ensuring that internal systems, folders, and reports are updated in a timely, accurate, and complete manner
• Ensuring that performance and efficiency standards are met for assigned areas

This role may be for you if:
You have proven knowledge of site budget development and contract and budget negotiation practices
You have the ability to mitigate and drive solutions regarding site budgeting challenges
You have experience identifying and implementing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement for site budgeting and contracting
You can handle a large volume of assignments while effectively dealing with ambiguity
You are comfortable participating on cross-functional teams of peers and vendors

To be considered, you must have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of direct experience with clinical budgeting and contracting at a biopharmaceutical company, CRO, or site.
