Main Responsibilities

• Lead the management of a number of priority client accounts;  including program delivery, finances and continued organic   growth of the account

• Work closely with the Business Development lead for   assigned accounts to map and manage the current and   ongoing opportunities 

• Be the client point person for program delivery on a number   of EAPs

• Coordinate all necessary internal resource to deliver outstanding  client experience and service throughout the lifecycle of every   program

• Provide each client with a tailored service for individual requirements   to ensure service offerings exceed client expectations 

• Lead all client meetings and stakeholder management 

• Develop industry leading EAP environmental and regulatory   knowledge, and share best practice with clients 

• Create and deliver against program specific KPIs and account   relationship development objectives

• Support the development of industry leading systems and processes  to ensure successful program set up and delivery

• Map timelines and project plans for program launch

• Work within an account specific budget in line with forecasts

• Identify and escalate operational efficiencies and program   enhancements to promote continuous improvement

• Ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met and ensure all   country-specific requirements are followed

• Engage with clients to understand their perspectives and   challenges – seek ways to improve our service to overcome   these challenges

• Seek new business opportunities for the EAP business and   identify leads for other divisions within Bionical Emas

• Understand the full Bionical Emas business model and ensure clients   are aware of Bionical Emas’s full-service offering 

• Promote patient centricity throughout all programs 

• Efficiently manage line reports, ensuring they have a clear   development plan, are meeting objectives and supporting   assigned programs, in particular time management

Key things we are looking for

• Project management experience 

• People Management experience desirable 

• Outstanding track record of client facing service levels

• In depth knowledge of the drug development process and   pharma industry experience

• Demonstrated commitment to patient access to critical   treatments

• Knowledge of GDP, PV, GCP and EAP regulations

• Experience working in a matrix organization

• Effective presentation skills, relationship building and networking skills

• Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word,   Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio

• Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing   priorities 

• Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare/Science related subject desirable

• Desire to maintain awareness of industry trends in the Early Access   Space

• Sets the highest personal standards 

• A skilled and compelling communicator who can motivate, effectively   manage customer expectations and build strategic partnerships with   clients

• Other languages desirable
