Why Patients Need You

The Gross to Net Organization (G2N) sits within Global Business Solutions (GBS) and consists of the Chargebacks, Membership, and Medicaid Rebates processes. G2N processes US wholesaler chargeback submissions with an annual volume of 16 million lines totaling $4.5 billion in credits and pays Medicaid rebate claims totaling $1.1 billion annually.

What You Will Achieve

The Senior Analyst will own the most critical relationships, tasks, and processes within the organization and be responsible for effectively collaborating with colleagues in remote locations of varying positions within Pfizer. While the ability to work independently and perform day to day responsibilities will be required, technical aptitude, seizing accountability, developing stakeholder relationships, and leading through change will be critical. The Senior Analyst will manage G2N projects, develop G2N reporting, and drive continuous improvement in pursuit of meeting and exceeding G2N objectives and stakeholder expectations.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Lead GBS, Business, and Digital driven projects.

  • Work with business users to translate operational opportunities into requirements and functional designs for Digital.

  • Develop departmental business intelligence, data warehousing, and reporting solutions.

  • Design interactive metrics reports and dashboards and shepherd them through the testing cycle.

  • Provide technical and business knowledge support to the team as a Model N Flex and Reltio Subject Matter Expert.

  • Resolve escalations from analysts and customers by quickly finding common ground and solving problems for the good of all.

  • Self-starter who works of own initiative with little guidance from Management

  • Cooperative colleague that gets things done and makes things happen for self and steadfastly pushes others for results.

  • Make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure.

  • Initiate, develop, and manage formal relationships with key internal colleagues.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a business discipline

  • 5+ years of IT or Finance experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities – Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate large amounts of data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations

  • Change agile with the ability to easily move from one task to another, juggle multiple tasks at one time, and effectively deal with change

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems in an unstructured environment

  • Strong business acumen and professionalism with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and operations colleagues in all applicable Pfizer Finance and business functional areas

  • Process oriented with strong organizational and planning skills required to coordinate with business partners both in and out of the organization

  • Excellent oral, written, and overall communication skills with the ability to conduct meetings and present ideas to groups

Nice-to-Have

  • SQL, data warehouse, and data visualization (Tableau, Spotfire, etc.) experience

  • Model N Flex and Reltio experience

This role requires occasional work off hours and travel to other Pfizer locations.
