ROLE SUMMARY:
The U.S. Trumenba Team is passionate about helping to save adolescents from the rare, but potentially devastating, impact of Meningococcal Group B disease and takes ownership in delivering results to ensure Pfizer’s continued success. The U.S. Trumenba Marketing Director, Access & Adherence Lead will be asked to create a compelling, market driver-based strategies and lead high-quality execution of all tactics to drive uptake of and adherence to Trumenba. This work will include strategic deployment and pull through of programs that lead to a measurable increase in adolescent well visits and initiation/completion of both doses, in line with the CDC schedule. The candidate will be asked to consider the full journey to deploy high impact initiatives to key customer and consumer types.
Given the dynamic market environment, we are looking for a colleague with an agile mindset who thinks beyond organizational silos and is capable and flexible to lead this business and other initiatives that may arise in line with evolving portfolio and business priorities.
The Trumenba Access and Adherence Lead will be responsible for strategic deployment and pull through of programs that lead to increased growth of contracted customer pull-through as well as increase in multi-dose vaccine series completion.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategically assess, prioritize and provide recommendations to innovatively evolve existing adherence programs and stay ahead of the customer experience curve
Develop promotional pull-through materials, promotional guidance and training materials/programs to support field pull-through of contracted and non-contracted providers across channels (IDN, PBG, GPO)
Ensure programs are of value to and empower customer facing colleagues
Have measures in place that meaningfully demonstrate program effectiveness
Build strong relationships with cross-functional colleagues, (eg, RC Members, Sales/VAM Leaders, market access team)
Partner with the market access team to evolve contract options aligned to the overall brand strategy
Partner with Payer & Channel Access, Account Management and Market Access teams to shape strategic execution of contract offerings and develop/monitor performance metrics related to the impact of contract offerings
Lead/assist with other critical responsibilities/business planning deliverables as needed– e.g. leadership reports, presentations, brand metrics, POA
Engage in payer related tacticsas appropriate to drive open access opportunities and pull-through inkey markets
QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) required; MBA/Masters preferred
10+ years marketing experience is required.
Vaccines experience preferred
Focused on the customer and experience with transforming the customer experience across customer segments (i.e. HCP, patient/consumer, payer marketing)
Innovative mindset, constantly seeking inspiration from outside the field to strengthen approaches
Agile track record, always looking to stay ahead of the change curve
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and demonstrate leadership with internal/external stakeholders and partners
Ability to mobilize, influence and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, even without direct reporting relationships
Strong business acumen including demonstrated strategic marketing and analytical thinking skills
Ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable customer insights that drive performance
Demonstrated ability to effectively work on multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency and action, while prioritizing and meeting team goals
Proven success in influence/negotiation; able to build and maintain productive relationships
