Job Details

The Manager, Workplace Data analytics position part of the Workplace Strategy & Planning team and partners with internal resources, consultants, contractors, and the Regeneron Community to support the data analytics of Workplace Strategy for projects and day to day activities. Focus on maximizing safety, efficiency, and effectiveness. Individual will assist in driving business value from data, and lead the implementation of data driven solutions that delivers metrics and cost saving benefits.
  • Analyzes current space utilization and forecasts needs based on headcount projections and business objectives
  • Manage and implement end-to-end delivery of data initiatives and applications, including project planning, data collection, solution identification, programming, and presentation
  • Leverage visualization tools to identify strengths and weaknesses in our data sets and execute remediation plans, and to demonstrate meaningful insights, trends and drivers
  • Create and maintain sharepoint WSP site, for transaction professionals, clients and operation teams that streamline current work processes
  • Partner with Senior Manager, workplace to define capabilities needed to deliver strategic goals and transform the data into use cases and business requirements.
  • Develop plans to increase engagement and cross-functional usage, including ongoing support, in-person meetings, training sessions, and quarterly operation review
  • Ability to explain complicated or technical information in a simple way to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and comfort presenting to everyone from entry-level employees to senior vice presidents
  • Curiosity and passion about data, visualization and solving problems
  • Willingness to question the validity, accuracy of data and business assumptions
  • Partner with WPSP members and technical resources to define data needs and dependencies.
  • Creating functional diagrams representative of the data flows necessary for WPSP process delivery.
  • Partner with data and integration delivery teams to ensure high quality, reliable and automated solutions.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and techniques
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Exceptional data analytics, communication, organization and priority/time management.
  • Filter and "clean" data by reviewing Tririga reports, floorplan theme, and performance indicators to locate and correct data discrepancies
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
Space planning process knowledge a must. Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are required. Strong customer service outlook is mandatory. Ability to read and understand floorplans. Microsoft applications. Intermediate to Expert Excel knowledge a must.
IWMS / TriRiga familiarity. Willingness to learn. Flexibility. Action oriented, embraces collaboration and resourcefulness. Business analysis experience. Strategic and collaborative thinking.
