The Product Manager will contribute to the strategic and tactical marketing responsibilities centered around Korlym’s Cushing’s syndrome indication and disease state education.

Essential Duties/Tasks
  • Manage the execution of marketing strategies that meet and align to the overall brand objectives
  • Drive marketing efforts that meet/exceed brand goals and corporate objectives, while closely following internal and external processes
  • Leverage market research, data analytics, trends, and HCP insights to identify, plan, and execute HCP-focused print/digital marketing solutions
  • Help create and execute patient-focused tactics and initiatives across multiple marketing channels
  • Support various speaker bureau initiatives including speaker training, speaker bureau content development, and ongoing sustainment strategies related to peer-to-peer education
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, tactics and initiatives for HCP and patient access services that align to brand objectives
  • Create content for national, regional, and local conferences (live and virtual)
  • Develop and foster relationships with key opinion leaders, medical associations, and patient advocacy groups
  • Collaborate and partner closely with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with medical, regulatory, and legal requirements
  • Manage agency relationships to ensure that performance and spends are optimize
  • Travel required
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in brand managemen
  • Endocrinology and/or orphan drug experience a plus
Preferred Skills, Qualifications, or Technical Proficiencies
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Strong presentation and moderating skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead, interact with, and drive consensus among individuals from a variety of disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to work with KOLs and derive messages from clinical data
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and agencies simultaneousl
  • Vendor/agency background experience a plus
