Primary Function:

  • Day to Day Training Operations Support for US Commercial Organization
  • Contractor and employee profile management in the Learning Management System
  • Monitoring and escalation of training completions
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining training plans
  • Continuous process and compliance training operations improvement

Major Responsibilities

  • Training Plan Design, Implementation and Maintenance: 
  • Effectively establish and maintain positive relationships with business partners and functional leaders to understand functional areas in order to effectively influence and guide on training requirements.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to establish and execute the compliance training completions required to effectively meet business and compliance objectives.
  • Manage the design, development, maintenance of training plans in accordance with FDA and Divisional guidelines
  • Ensure training plan implementation.  Ensure that all in scope employees and contractors are current in the compliance-related training they require to perform their job, and that the training is properly documented in the learning management system.
  • Utilize various data sources to monitor training completions and escalate as needed to drive on-time training completions.
  • Operate within established department processes while continuously identifying and implementing process or compliance program improvements and efficiencies.

Accountability & Scope

  • Ability to effectively influence and guide compliance training discussions with peers, stakeholders and Sr. level management.
  • High level of oral and written communication skills required to demystify the compliance program and connect with stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work and collaborate in a team environment and cultivate effective working relationships inside and outside the organization.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years practical operations experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Related industry and compliance experience is a plus
