Lead the site Training Program. Ensure compliance with AbbVie policies/procedures and regulatory
requirements. Lead the human performance improvement program initiatives to ensure program effective

-Responsible of analyzing site training needs to develop adequate training programs aligned with current regulatory requirements and applicable AbbVie policies and procedures.
-Responsible of the maintenance and operations of the learning management system; including creating, implementing and maintaining training modules.
-Develop course descriptions, learning models and training programs utilizing information from Subject Matter Experts to deliver training in an effective manner.
-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training curriculum by creating and implementing measures to track outcomes and ensure alignment to business objectives.
-Participate in global, cross-functional initiatives. Maintain regular communication with COE team members.
-Measure training effectiveness program. Lead the site human reliability program to ensure human performance improvement across the site.
-Integrate continuous improvement, process excellence methodologies and lean tools into Human Reliability Program. Training design and execution.
-Lead a group of professionals responsible of the training learning system, design, coordination and/or execution.


-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Education, or Science. Master’s degree preferred.
-Eight (8) years minimum experience in quality assurance, technical field on a regulated industry or relevant experience.
-Technical knowledge in following areas is preferred: Quality, Regulatory, process technology, manufacturing operations, project management and lean manufacturing concepts.
-Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills in English ans Spanish, including comprehensive knowledge and application of business and quality concepts.
-Experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry is required.
