We are currently looking to fill a Quality Assurance Visual Inspection Technician position. This position is responsible for performing various visual inspection and sampling tasks. You will work to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, while closely adhering to Regeneron policies and procedures and cGMP. Also required to perform cleaning of work areas and equipment, and complete required Safety and Compliance training and associated training modules as assigned.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:
• Performs visual inspection of AQL samples per the manufacturing schedule defined by QA management to meet demands of Production, Scheduling, and Quality
• Performs AQL Sampling for Packaging/Labeling and Assembly
• Performs the visual inspection of liquid and lyophilized vials and liquid syringes using manual inspection booths by rigorously adhering to SOP, work instructions, Federal Regulations, cGMP, training modules (when applicable) and safety procedures
• Completes required paperwork and documentation
• Prepares for and operates QA equipment including pre and post run setup and maintenance
• Troubleshoots sample discrepancies
• Works as part of a cross functional team to ensure accurate sampling
• Inline/offline sample inspection
• Recording sample data in batch record
• Investigating and or raising up sample discrepancies or failures
• Sample reintroduction to production batch or sample disposal
• Cross training with other QA/Manufacturing groups
• May perform executed batch record review of other areas of production

To be considered for this role you must hold an Associate's degree in a physical or biological science and the following minimum amounts of relevant experience for each level:
• Technician I - 0-2 years
• Technician II - 2+ years
• Technician III - 4+ years
• Technician IV - 6+ years
May substitute proven experience for education requirement. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
