Regeneron is currently looking for a Quality Control (QC) Analyst on our Bioassay team with a 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 12pm-8:30pm schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures and tests products for patient safety. The QC Analyst will be part of the lot release for market use of our products. They will perform a variety of chemical or biological analyses on raw materials, products, in-process materials, or stability samples in support of the company's quality program.

As a Quality Control Analyst, a typical day might include the following:
• Gathers data and documents test results
• Analyses data for investigational and troubleshooting purposes
• Reviews test results to ensure compliance with standards; reports any quality anomalies
• Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements
• Participates in required training activities
• Maintains laboratory supplies
• Conducts testing on raw materials, in-process, product, stability, and/or research samples
• Utilizes automated laboratory instruments for sample testing and method development
• Conducts mammalian cell culture in support of cell-based assays
• Writes and revises SOPs
• Completes test records and reviews data
• Calibrates or verifies calibration of instruments/devices prior to use
• Interacts with outside customers or functional peer groups
• May be responsible for maintaining a specific project
• May devise or develop new analytical methods and techniques
• May assist in validation of methods
• May be involved in establishing the transfer of methodology from R&D

This role might be for you if you:
• Have experience with mammalian cell culture practices, bioassay and/or binding assay testing in a GMP environment
• Have experience with automated laboratory instrumentation and Cellario Software
• Enjoy working collaboratively on a team as well as independently
• Continuously drive to improve processes for improved performance
• Are able to gather, analyze and generate data

To be considered for the Quality Control Analyst on our Bioassay team you must be willing and able to work Monday-Friday, 12pm- 8:30ppm . For various levels your must have the following:

Associate QC Analyst: BS/BA in Life Sciences, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

QC Analyst: BS/BA in Life Sciences, or related field, and a minimum of 12-18+ months of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Sr. QC Analyst I: BS/BA in Life Sciences, or related field, and 4+ years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Sr. QC Analyst II: BS/BA in Life Sciences, or related field, and 6+ years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.

Experience with mammalian cell culture practices, bioassay and/or binding assay testing, GMP/GLP experience, automated laboratory instrumentation and Cellario Software is preferred. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role
