Provides world class service to our physicians, nurses, administrative personnel, and field sales representatives regarding questions related to Allergan’s aesthetic websites. Receive calls including, but not limited to minor troubleshooting, site navigation, and account migration to Allergan’s brand portal and eCommerce sites. Allergan’s aesthetic portal, Allergan Advantage, provides single sign-on access to our brand loyalty programs, ongoing education, as well as our online ordering/bill pay site and Allergan Direct. Responsible to provision doctors and their staff to be able to use Allergan Direct in whatever capacity they choose. Representatives assist our field reps with onboarding and registration to our eCommerce platform. This platform serves as the engine in which Allergan allows physician’s patients to order product through a physician’s website, supported by Allergan. Provide on-going help for any eCommerce-related question or issue that may arise for our physician’s and their staff. Representatives act as the liaison between the customer and our IT teams. Representative must possess the ability to proactively highlight the benefits of each program and optimize the benefits available to the customer regarding all applicable sites.
Main Areas of Responsibilities
• Responsible to provision doctors and their staff to be able to use Allergan Direct.
• Representatives assist our field reps with onboarding and registration to our eCommerce platform.
• Provide on-going help for any eCommerce-related question or issues that may arise for our physician’s and their staff
• Representatives act as the liaison between the customer and our IT teams.
• Representatives must possess the ability to proactively highlight the benefits of each program and optimize the benefits available to the customer regarding all applicable sites.

• Demonstrate the ability and skill to meet and maintain Alle goals
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail
• Adapt to changing processes
• Multi-tasking/organizational skills
The below skills are attributes that may not be mandatory, but are definitely desired in the ideal candidate.
• Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Strongly preferred
• Associates/Bachelor’s Degree
• High School diploma
