The Senior HR Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for handling the flow of contingent workers into and out of company in accordance with predefined pre-clearance, on-boarding / off-boarding activities and SLAs. The role is within HR Operations Non-Employee Management Office (NEMO) The key work streams include supervising the successful completion of background and medical check clearances, start date management, coordination of handoff for building and system access, proactive end-date management, off-boarding and the timely management of site/systems access and asset retrieval at the end of each assignment.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:
  • Providing superior and consultative client service support to all REGN internal users and external suppliers
  • Responding to requests to the NEMO hotline & internal mailbox, working expeditiously to process all inquiries and requests
  • Training Suppliers and REGN users on the use of Beeline, on/off-boarding practices, and documentation requirements
  • Conducting basic intake of contingent workforce HR/ER matters and providing case summaries to the Program Manager
  • Working closely and collaboratively across REGN departments to triage user issues and provide timely solutions


This job might be for you if:
  • You can provide excellent customer service in direct support of on-boarding, data changes, and off-boarding of our contingent workers
  • Have experience working within an MSP or within a contingent workforce and record management systems i.e. Beeline (request entry, approvals, data changes and extensions, and terminations)
  • You have experience handling sophisticated processes that support a dynamic, global remote workforce, including onboarding / offboarding, asset collection, tenure limits, guiding the business and advancing as needed
  • Can support training of new suppliers / users and develop an in-depth understanding of all applicable policies, with an ability to educate users and troubleshoot issues
  • You are highly organized, excel at multitasking and can align your work with changes in priorities.
  • You possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.


To be considered for this role you must possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field. 5+ years professional work experience and 3+ years' in a "front facing" Human Resource or Talent Management Position. Previous experience working within an MSP with a VMS or HRIS tool; Beeline experience preferred. Able to handle transactions across multiple businesses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to deliver results and work with individuals across the organization. Prior experience in a life sciences industry is a plus
