Contract Management Sr Associate


What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will design and implement solutions to complex organizational challenges within GPS, lead large-scale changes that impact GPS, maintain the operational processes necessary to lead GPS effectively, and provide strategic support to the leadership of GPS.

  • Mentors new staff in areas of expertise as needed
  • Supports Business Partner safety agreement monitoring
  • Supports Development of Process related Documentation to ensure Compliance
  • Supports Incidents/CAPAs management
  • Supports GRAAS Process Risks Management
  • Supports GRAAS Compliance Reading
  • Supports Systems for monitoring and tracking of non-conformance
  • Facilitates GRAAS functional audit/inspection readiness from a safety agreement perspective

Education & Experience:

Masters degree


Bachelors degree and 2 years of directly related experience


Associates degree and 6 years of directly related experience


High school diploma / GED and 8 years of directly related experience

Preferred Skills:
  • Global Business Knowledge
  • Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (proficient)
  • Knowledge of Regulatory and Safety functional activities
  • Pharmacovigilance systems
  • Principles associated with compliance, regulatory inspections and audits in global environment
  • Regulations governing Pharmaceutical Industry
