  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
  • Leads vendor meetings, governance, oversight and performance reviews including trending and reporting of KPIs.
  • Develops cross functional relationships with vendor and internal stakeholders and acts as the single point of contract between vendor and the business group to promote vendor accountability, remove dependencies and build standardization.
  • Actively implements solutions to manage issues identified that potentially impact projects, systems or processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or ex-US equivalent) in a relevant field such as business economics, science or health administration, Master preferred.
  • Must have 10+ years of clinical development experience (and/or applicable work experience); including 3+ years (and/or applicable work experience); working with global third-party vendors.
  • Demonstrate a high level of core, technical and leadership competencies.
  • Self-directed and fosters a team environment, able to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet commitments
  • Considered a Subject Matter Expert and competent in the application of standard business procedures (SOPs, ICH, Global Regulations, Ethics and Compliance).
  • Possess good communication skills and decision-making skills.
