Job Description:

Participants in the Ipsen Leadership Development Program will be placed in a 24-month rotation program, consisting of four rotations across Global Business Development, Sales, Global Product & Portfolio Strategy, Value & Access, Brand Marketing or Business Operations. Upon completion of the program, participants will be equipped with expertise and experience to advance in a destination role.

Rotations will include on-the-job learning, professional mentoring, skills training, and the ability to contribute to the operations critical to Ipsen's success. The program offers a full-time role and provides future leaders the opportunity to gain broad and meaningful work experiences that prepare them for a career in the biopharmaceutical industry.

The Ipsen Leadership Development Program was designed for advanced degree candidates interested in a leading global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving lives through innovative medicines in Oncology, Rare Disease and Neuroscience.

Responsibilities:

• Full-time position with real responsibilities and impact from day one, as well as high visibility within the organization
• Develop a thorough understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry today as well as the challenges and opportunities that will drive the future of Ipsen
• Opportunity in each rotation to apply business acumen and experience to addressing a real-time business opportunity
• Collaborate closely with each participating rotational function to develop deep project expertise that they will then use toward both developing and delivering formal business recommendations to internal partners
• Challenged to deliver on projects that will align with Ipsen's mission to improve patients' lives through innovative new medicines in Oncology, Neuroscience, Rare Disease and Consumer HealthCare

Knowledge, abilities & experience:

Education / Certifications:
• Completed (or will be completed by Sept. 2021) Master's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent graduate degree
• Bachelor's degree required
• Educational focus in Scientific study preferred

Experience:
• 3-5 years of related work experience before MBA program
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred, but not necessary

Languages:
• Fluency in English required
• Other European languages are an asset
