POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly motivated, high-performing Senior Director - Project Manager who works well in a fast-growing environment in a leading-edge Biotech company, to come to join our Human Health Clinical Development team. This position will play a key role in providing technical project management support, helping GreenLight develop life-changing therapies for patients worldwide.  

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a detailed project plan, including a detailed timeline, and track progress.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation.
• Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, deliverables, and schedule.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Ensure that all projects’ deliverables are within the scope and all milestones are met on time.
• Report timeline and escalate risks/challenges to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Coordinate internal resources and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage the relationship with the project team and all stakeholders.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year educational institution.
• PMP certification is preferred.  
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing R&D projects in the industry with specific understanding and experience of Phase 1/2 clinical development of vaccines and biologics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to work in a matrix environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
