POSITION

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner combines research and networking to lead the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and identification of talent profiles. Utilizing these strategies, s/he will build a talent network to enable the identification and engagement of talents across different business units. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Partner will provide full life cycle recruiting services including but not limited to: sourcing for international and domestic recruiting campaigns and individual positions; requisitions creation and candidate management/documentation within applicant tracking systems; candidate screening/interview services and guidance on interviewing best practices.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle: execute sourcing strategies, conduct phone screens, manage the interview process, facilitate debrief discussions, conduct reference checks, and negotiate offers.
  • Lead and perform strategic sourcing and research activities, such as targeted sector and competitor mapping, to identify and build the talent network.
  • Leverage technology for excellent candidate experience and use Social Media as a sourcing and branding tool.
  • Implement talent acquisition strategies that reinforce the continued development of our diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Execute data-supported strategies that ensure GreenLight is never constrained by a lack of talent. All staffing needs are met in a timely fashion with high-caliber talent, including both internal and external channels to source and recruit while managing an effective and efficient operation.
  • Report on key recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency including cost per hire, quality of hires, and days to fill and understand turn downs.
  • Build deep trusting and effective relationships with hiring managers, industry contacts and search partners who become an extension of GreenLight.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and reporting requirements, and with Joint Commission and OFCCP requirements.


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field)
  • 5+ years of full-cycle HR recruiting experience in a biotech, pharma, or technology company
  • Experience thriving and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience utilizing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is required
  • Experience with MS Office; PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience reporting on data and metrics
  • Prior experience and involvement working on DE&I initiatives preferred
  • Prior experience with talent acquisition-related projects (employer branding, internship, and early programs, reporting, and analytics…)
