Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on non-compartmental and compartmental pharmacokinetic analysis
  • Assist with pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic and other correlative analyses
  • Assist in the design and execution of clinical pharmacology studies
  • Contribute to various documents such as protocols, Investigator's Brochure, and other regulatory documents
  • Review clin pharm study documents
  • Assist with cross-functional execution of clinical and translational studies
  • Assist with management of external clinical pharmacology vendors

Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree (MS, PhD, or PharmD) in pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy, life sciences, or other related fields
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
  • In-depth understanding of PK/PD, drug metabolism, translational pharmacology, and drug development concepts
  • Proficiency with WinNonlin, and other modeling or data visualization software (e.g. R, NONMEM)
  • Knowledge of clinical pharmacology regulatory guidance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven track record of working effectively in a dynamic, collaborative, team-oriented setting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high performing colleagues
  • Proactive
