Regeneron is looking to hire a Temporary Warehouse Associate to assist with several key business operations and continuity programs at its Tarrytown HQ.

A typical day may include:
  • Delivers packages to end-users.
  • Operation/driving of company vehicles
  • Loads and unloads delivery trucks.
  • Replenish stockroom with incoming material.
  • Responsible for picking and delivering inventory orders.
  • Enter inventory orders and matches arrivals into Oracle database
  • Maintains all coffee machines
  • Records all items received daily into department logbook.
  • Responsible for picking up and shipping out of all returns from end-users.
  • Notifies the Environmental Health and Safety department of all incoming radioactive material.
  • Responsible for fuel pertaining to company vehicles.
  • Replenish boardroom refrigerator with soft drinks.
  • Responsible for the shredding of confidential material
  • Responsible for all incoming/outgoing U.S. Mail
  • Responsible for all inter-office and priority overnight correspondence
  • Responsible for all kitchen supplies
  • Responsible for the replacement of all printer toner cartridges


To be considered for this role you must possess:

2 - 5 years of experience within a warehouse environment and experience with MS Office, Oracle R11i, FedEx systems. Ability to operate a powered pallet jack and fork lift preferred
