Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance of Real World Data Platforms
• Collaborates with functional stakeholders to proactively identify, understand and prioritize opportunities to drive RWE solutions
• Contributes to the development of Real World Data & Clinical Data Science technology roadmaps in close collaboration with business and IT partners
• Define and implement appropriate data governance, data quality and security standards and processes
• Create business and functional specifications for large, complex systems
• Identify project interdependencies and communicate requirement/scope issues and participate in driving them to resolution
• Collaborate with IT and other key stakeholders to ensure infrastructure supports continued business growth and initiatives for Data Science Systems

Experience and Skills

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Data Science or a related field
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Understanding of AWS cloud architecture
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer system validation
• Extensive experience in a System Analyst role of which 5 should be within the Pharmaceutical industry
• Experience implementing large-scale systems with an emphasis on Real World Evidence datasets (including OMAP or other Common Data Models)
• Ability to manage, prioritize and lead numerous projects simultaneously
• 10% Travel is required
