Assoc. Director, Analytical Development, Immunotherapy

Summary:  Bay Area immuno-oncology biotech seeks a seasoned analytical development leader with a strategic mindset  and advanced technical and people skills and for a newly defined associate director role. Position’s focus may be more technical or regulatory, depending on the given candidate’s expertise. Would support a collaborative, technically-advance executive who wishes to off load key leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications: The role requires a multi-faceted leader and communicator whose background includes 7+ years of analytical development leadership in cell, gene, or stem cell therapy; a successful working relationship with QC; regulatory knowledge in FDA, ICH, and GMP guidelines; recent use of CRISPR gene-editing; and a PhD or equivalent.
