As Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, you will support and participate on projects with leaders and teams to drive business performance throughout AbbVie. We consult on, design and deliver solutions in the areas of strategy development, operating models, organization design and leadership alignment. This role will be a valuable contributor on our OE team as we continue to build and grow these capabilities at AbbVie. 

 

The work you will support and help deliver includes:

 

  • Consulting with senior business leaders across AbbVie to understand and assess current organizational and team effectiveness; and subsequently recommending, designing, and delivering solutions that address opportunities and produce performance outcomes; including in-depth organization design alternatives and operating models
  • Designing and facilitating live and virtual workshops with leaders and teams in the areas of strategy development, team chartering, vision setting, leadership alignment and change leadership, among other OE focus areas   
  • Coaching leaders on organizational effectiveness topics, such as readiness for and leading through change, culture, organization design efforts, and team leadership
  • Advising and educating Business HR partners on OE needs and approaches
