• Serve as a leader in identifying global training needs and determining how to best meet these needs within the assigned GxP focus area, both in Lake County and in all R&D remote sites.
• Design and develop training programs that contain interactive training modules/courses, by working closely with subject matter experts.
• Identify learning solutions and support implementation for R&D and for the company.
• Create and maintain training system procedures to meet quality system requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams on projects with a broad and complex scope for process improvements/goals. Resolve project team issues with minimal oversight. Responsible to carryout job duties independently. Expert knowledge on training standards and requirements.
• Manage training development budget.
• Manage contractors or consultants as required for projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MS/PhD preferred in Education, Instructional Design, Training and Development or related field
• Minimum 6 years of training industry experience and exposure to a regulated environment
