The Digital Marketing team is excited to welcome new talent, from all industries.  The team is comprised of technology and marketing experts with diverse backgrounds.  Pharma experience not required, in fact outside industry experience is welcomed! ‍


The Director, Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for managing digital media campaigns across all digital channels: search, social, display, on-line video, SMS and email.  It will support and direct the team in developing audience strategy based on brand goals, in-market signals and deliver performance data and actionable insights.  Experience leading people and ability to provide strategic reporting to clients/senior executives is a must.  This role will have support from agency partners and the internal teams, however the ideal candidate should also be comfortable “getting their hands dirty” creating requirements, business rules, workflows, campaign adjustments etc., where needed.


Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Partner with client brand teams to develop audience and digital activation strategy
  • Manage team across all facets of campaign management, including campaign set up, execution and analysis
  • Devise targeting and retargeting strategies to drive paid online traffic and acquisition through digital media channels including Google, Facebook, Twitter and Snap
  • Track, measure, and analyze performance of multiple digital advertising campaigns, including creating detailed performance reports, campaign insights, recommendations and rationale for optimization strategies
  • Develop succinct and impactful campaign reports for senior leadership

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business discipline

  • 10+ years’ experience in advertising, marketing, business or related field

  • Demonstrated ability to lead people

  • Significant experience with digital advertising platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram Twitter, The Trade Desk Display, Online Video programmatic and SEM

  • Experience with Salesforce Audience Studio and TTD

  • Align test plans and campaigns with business and media performance KPIs and objectives.  Track and monitor overall performance to demonstrate value of campaigns and A/B tests

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Great interpersonal skills, with an easy ability to coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external partners

  • Great written/verbal communication with an ability to articulate digital functionality and concepts into laymen’s terms for inexperienced clients and partners

  • Creative problem-solving skills with a desire to always find a successful solution

  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently, as well as flexibility to adjust quickly to changes in priorities from external forces

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in their individual performance and their team’s performance
