This position will be supporting the Thousand Oaks Quality Control organization. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to support the sample management function, in particular the sample receiving. The preferred candidate will be a point of contact for questions, back up other staff and be required to troubleshoot issues and elevate as needed. Duties will include but not limited to:

• Processing after hours sample submissions

• Creating and processing shipments to both internal and external sites

• Performing sample courier runs

• Assisting with utility sample logging labeling and processing of submissions

• Managing Critical Temperature Control Chambers, including after hours cell phone coverage on rotational basis

• Managing Maximo Work Orders

• Performing Kanban for Quality Control

• Document revisions

• Deviation management

Basic Qualifications:

Master's Degree

OR

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of Quality experience

OR

Associate's degree and 6 years of Quality experience

OR

High school diploma/GED and 8 years of Quality experience

Preferred Qualifications.

• Ability to interpret and apply GMP knowledge

• Advanced SM LIMS knowledge and Experience

• Familiarity of Manufacturing processes and analytical methods used during processing

• Familiarity with laboratory testing and requirements

• Able to demonstrate project management and presentation skills

• Independently collaborate with outside resources

• Troubleshooting skills
