Job Details

We are currently looking to fill a Supply Planning and Reporting Analyst role for a full-time position. Regeneron manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Supply Planning and Reporting Analysts help ensure that internal and external demands are met 100% of the time. They perform the necessary analysis and prepare recommendations that feed into the Regeneron IPS Process (S&OP) ensuring successful delivery of medicine to patients.

As a Supply Planning and Reporting Analyst, a typical day might include the following:
• Preparing tools and/or systems to maximize effectiveness of our inventory management process and reporting
• Analyzing large data sets to identify gaps between demand and supply or significant changes month-over-month
• Track and report on real time product sales and inventory levels to various levels of management
• Facilitate planning scenario reviews with key partners to help drive decision making
• Establishing and maintaining cross-functional relationships to further understand correlations between planning changes and manufacturing plan impact
• Distilling information down into critical escalation topics
• Preparing written and/or verbal communications to feed into IPS process, to present to supply chain counterparts and/or upper management
• Inputting and validating data into tools and/or systems
• Translating large data sets into actionable data and reports
• Leading continuous improvement projects

This role might be for you if:
• Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Access, etc.)
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel
• Understanding and experience with SQL databases preferred
• Advanced Planning system experience preferred
• Experience modeling inventory impact based on various demand scenarios
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Able to parse out information relevant to specific audience and communicate messages clearly and concisely
• Strong relationship building and ability to work independently with colleagues across multiple teams to achieve results
• Proactive with communicating, reporting, and continuous improvement
• Good under pressure and in ambiguous work environments
• Able to juggle changing priorities and deliver quality work on-time

To be considered for the Supply Planning and Reporting Analyst you must have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or business related field and the following minimum amounts of relevant experience for each level:
• Associate Analyst - 0 - 2 years of experience
• Analyst - 2+ years of experience
• Sr. Analyst - 5+ years of experience
