  • Conducting and supporting experiments, independently and collaboratively, investigating new technologies in antibody and cell-based therapeutics.
  • Constructing of DNA vectors, viral vectors, and cell-lines for in vitro and in vivo studies of candidate therapeutics.
  • Maintaining, manipulating, and analyzing of mammalian cells lines and primary cells, using Crispr/Cas9, viral vectors, flow cytometry, cell transplantation, and immunologic assays.
  • Immunizing mice with target antigen and analysis of B cell immune response, including activated B cell and plasma cell populations and antibody response by ELISA.
  • Immunophenotyping and molecular analysis of new mouse models for drug discovery and disease investigation.
  • Analyzing candidate therapeutics using in vivo mouse models of tumors, autoimmunity, and transplantation.
  • Careful, thorough record keeping, data summarization, and presentation of results in formal and informal meetings.
