  • Adhere to Abbvie’s code of conduct and safety policies.
  • Maintains the function of department assets to ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
  • Independently performs senior level Electrical maintenance work including but not limited to; machine lubrication, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and some minor fabrication.
  • May Assist  or  participate during Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis.
  • Accurately documents all maintenance activity in CMMS.
  • Evening Hours of the position are on a 4 x 10 hr. schedule with some rotating weekend coverage
  • Perform on Demand maintenance or troubleshooting on high speed packaging lines, HVAC or other facility equipment
  • Learn Predictive Maintenance technologies and apply them as a daily routine

Qualifications
  • Associate degree, college certificate, or formal apprenticeship or 5+ years of work experience related to any of the following: mechanical/industrial trades, electrical up to 480v, PLC / Controls.
  • Must be an electrician (up to 480v) with mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills with a willingness to learn other trades
  • Ability to accurately use measuring tools (Fluke meter, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, scales).

Preferred Qualifications -

  • CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accredited certification a plus.
  • Knowledge of related cGMP requirements and applicable safety regulations
  • Knowledge and ability to use power tools (such as electric drills, drill press, saws, grinders, pneumatic and hydraulic tools).
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
