General Responsibilities
Revenue and operating expense analysis of actuals vs budget by business type and locations
Margin comparisons and trends
Deep dive into financial statements, document findings, provide explanations and support
Create templates to review and report financial performance
Update actual results and evaluate vs budget and forecasts
Overall reporting data quality review
Develop budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections
Prepare Board meeting presentation materials and analysis
Support other Accounting or Treasury tasks as needed
 
 
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 5-8 years of financial analyst experience. 
Manufacturing experience a plus
Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and control systems
Knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for integrated financial analysis and reporting
Must have exemplary oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Management and prioritization of simultaneous and multiple unrelated tasks and projects
Strong sense of teamwork, collaboration, and relationship building
Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and trustworthiness
This individual must be proactive, articulate, diplomatic, service-oriented, and able to anticipate needs
Must have a strong working knowledge of all MS Office applications; Excel expertise is a must
Demonstrated experience of working independently and collaboratively with senior leadership team members
