This role is responsible for leading select Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives and supporting broader Talent Development activities. The successful candidate will be the face of corporate Learning & Development to our employee population. 


Training administration for corporate L&D programs including, but not limited to: 

Marketing of workshops and drafting communications in Constant Contact

Scheduling workshops and other L&D events

Participant enrollment and tracking 

Liaising with our external L&D partners (i.e. marketing and strategy partners) 

Managing and update HR’s L&D page

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Handle internal and external requests and queries in a professional manner


Energetic, self-motivated and willing to work in a team environment    

Decision-making: Need to make some independent decisions, specifically on how to handle specific tasks and finding efficient ways to complete them. (Attention to detail)

Influence: Will collaborate closely with the TD team, HRBPs, functional L&D employee and vendors. Communication will be vital to ensure projects run on time and those involved know when programs occur.  You will also be working with other departments to complete contracts and purchase orders. (customer service)

Agility: Organization will be important with different programs running and communications happening. Timelines can quickly change; being able to pivot will be key.

Leadership: You will have a lot of support through the team, but will be asked to communicate if there are any questions you have, roadblocks cropping up in programs etc.  Your voice and efficiency will help keep things running smoothly. (Project management)

Technical skills

Very competent with standard software including Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, O365, Excel.  Comfortable learning new systems and able to pick them up quickly.

Written, verbal and presentation skills
