We are seeking highly motivated and collaborative researchers across different career levels to join the Oncology Research team at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. You will work closely with talented, highly innovative colleagues to advance our pre-clinical therapeutic pipeline, deepen our understanding of tumor biology and contribute to the development of novel medicines to improve patients' lives. The Oncology Research team has diverse interests across hematological and solid malignancies, including the development of therapeutic antibodies, immuno-oncology agents and cellular therapies.

- Cell culture and cellular engineering, including engineered cell line development, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, primary cell culture and/or 3D organoid culture

- In vivo assays, including tumor implantation, measurement, dosing and the collection of tissues for subsequent ex vivo analysis

- In situ assays, including IHC, IF and RNAscope

- In vitro immunoassays evaluating the function of primary human and murine immune cells, including ELISA, ELISPOT, flow cytometry-based phenotyping, and cytotoxicity assays

- Advanced flow cytometry, including optimization of flow analysis on human and murine primary cells, tumor cells or dissociated tissue

- Generating cell therapies derived from primary human and murine immune cells

- Next-generation single cell sequencing technologies, including sample processing and data analysis

- In-depth knowledge of immunology, oncology, or immuno-oncology. Able to rationalize and nominate new drug targets based on literature and internal data. Contribute to the decision making on project direction
