GRAIL is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager (Patient) who is passionate about our mission to detect cancer early, when it can be cured, to join our growing, commercial marketing team. The Product Marketing Manager role focused on Patient Marketing will be responsible for activating strategies to drive patient awareness and adoption supporting the upcoming launch of a new multi-cancer detection product for GRAIL by building out the campaign, promotional and educational pieces to support the patient journey.

You Will:

• Lead content development and execution of patient awareness, education and adoption materials which may include advertising, videos, written or digital materials, web content.
• Work closely with agency partners on patient facing materials and tactics.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills to lead and convey clear messages to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with market research to leverage commercial insights and analytics data to identify adoption drivers and barriers, assess messaging/collateral and overall campaign success.
• Contribute to the marketing plan and strategy.
• Closely collaborate with healthcare professional marketing, digital marketing, channel partner marketing, customer service, clinical development, sales, medical affairs, corporate communications, and external agencies.

Your Background Should Include:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; MBA is preferred
• 6-8 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Demonstrated success marketing to patients in prior roles in US biotech, medical device, diagnostic, or healthcare industry. Launch experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Strong industry experience and ability to communicate complex medical concepts in a clear concise way to patients.
• Demonstrated track record of getting things done and growing responsibility over time.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Willing and able to travel as needed.
