Get to know the Bispecific Antibody and Cell Therapy team at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals as we work towards deploying the immune system to fight cancer. Support our ongoing efforts to design, engineer and characterize next-generation protein-based and cell-based therapies. Effort will encompass multiple therapeutic areas such as oncology, auto-immune disease, infectious disease, muscle/metabolism and neurosciences in our state-of-the-art research facility. Work closely with a talented, highly innovative team of Scientists both within the group and across the organization to develop our novel technologies and advance therapeutics into the clinic to benefit patients.

• Perform molecular biology and biochemical techniques involving DNA and Protein characterization
• Conduct protein structure-based analysis and design
• Mammalian cell culture using primary and established cell lines
• Cell processing and expansion of T cell cultures
• Perform protein expression and protein purification
• Characterization of conventional and novel antibody formats using in-vitro methodologies, such as flow cytometry and immunoassays with human immune cells
• Perform in vivo efficacy studies in mice
