We are currently looking to fill a Project Specialist with a 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Project Specialists Use Project Management techniques, experience and knowledge, the Manufacturing Project Specialist (PS) will lead and support Manufacturing and Fill/Finish Projects. The PS collaborates across functions and Regeneron locations, to plan and oversee activities within Manufacturing to drive project activities within agreed quality, scope, budget and timelines. The PS will build and maintain productive relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Examples of projects and functional interactions include capital projects, technical transfers, supply chain, IT/MES/OPM, department / continuous improvement projects, etc. Additionally, the PS may also support, plan and coordinate operational tasks under the guidance of a Project Manager.As a Project Specialist, a typical day might include the following:
• Leads a project or projects with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Plans and tracks project activities.
• Ensures teams and stakeholders are aligned on one single manufacturing project plan.
• Administers effective, accurate and timely communication across functional areas andRegeneron locations, serving as a primary point of contact for Fill / Finish andManufacturing related projects (as described above).
• Interacts with internal and external personnel at various levels on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
• Facilitates contingency and risk mitigation planning and performs impact assessments for projects.
• Oversees, where appropriate, the development of the integrated project budgets, forecasts and timelines and is accountable to monitor progress against the approved baselines and manage project KPIs.
• Ensures meeting minutes and weekly/monthly reports are completed accurately.
• Any other projects as assigned by Manager.To be considered for the Project Specialist you must be willing and able to work 1st shift, Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. You must have the following; Associate Specialist: Requires Bachelor's degree in a physical or biological science, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specialist: Requires Bachelor's degree in a physical or biological science and 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including project management-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Senior Specialist: Requires Bachelor's degree in a physical or biological science and 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including project management-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
