We are seeking a Ph.D. scientist with strong background in structural biology to join the Bispecific Antibodies group. The successful candidate will support our ongoing efforts to design, engineer and characterize next-generation protein-based immune modulators across multiple therapeutic areas including inflammation, oncology, infectious disease and metabolism.

As a Scientist, a typical day may include the following:
• Design and engineer novel immunomodulatory proteins using structural biology and related computational tools
• Perform in vitro and ex vivo assays to characterize therapeutic molecules

using engineered cell lines and/or primary human and murine cells
• Collaborate closely with in vivo colleagues to conduct preclinical efficacy studies
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely record of experiments and data

• Develop in-depth scientific knowledge in relevant therapeutic focus areas, contribute novel ideas to project discussion and decision making
• Present data at group and inter-departmental meetings
• Author documents for regulatory filings, patent applications, and scientific journal publications
• Potentially manage Research Associates as needed

To be considered for this position, you must have a PhD in structural biology, biochemistry, biophysics or related fields with a strong track record of publication in protein structure studies. Expertise in construct design, expression, purification and characterization is required. Experience in biochemical, cellular, and molecular techniques: cloning, CRISPR gene editing, immunoblotting. Experience in cell culture and in vitro/ex vivo cell-based assays. Additionally, Familiarity with multi-color flow cytometry is a plus.
