Our Global Digital group leverages digital technologies to develop innovative therapies and bring differentiated life-changing solutions to patients suffering from rare conditions. Within this group, the Digital Health team focuses on Commercial innovation - “Beyond the Drug” solutions that accelerate patient diagnosis, enhance the value of our products, and provide a better experience for patients, caregivers, and HCPs. As Senior Digital Health Manager, you will assist the Head of Digital Health and play a key role in bringing this vision to life. You will be part of strategic planning and solution scoping, responsible for project managing and driving the implementation of Digital Health solutions, partnering closely with cross-functional business teams, and working in an agile environment.

Your role will involve:
  • Assist Head of Digital Health on transversal digital initiatives (not tied to specific drug asset), interacting with cross-functional internal stakeholders in the US and Europe.
  • Take part in strategic planning, opportunity identification, and business case creation for Digital Health solutions that both serve unmet patient, caregiver, or HCP needs and align with Brand strategies.
  • Scope solution objectives, requirements, stakeholders, resources, and constraints; create project plan; present proposal to internal stakeholders (e.g., Brand teams, Promotion Review Committee, Legal)
  • Identify and evaluate potential external vendors/solution providers in collaboration with Digital Partnerships Lead where relevant.
  • Provide end-to-end project management with proper documentation; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Manage digital product launch and implementation with cross-functional Brand teams, Affiliate teams, and external vendors/solution providers where relevant; oversee solution maintenance and updates.
  • Quantify value creation for Ipsen, patients, HCPs, and healthcare system by solutions; track KPIs.
  • Seek opportunities to scale or improve existing solutions; proactively suggest new Digital Health initiatives.
  • Leverage lean, agile, and design thinking methodologies; stay up to date on new trends and technologies which can transform Ipsen's value proposition to patients and physicians.

In return, you will bring:
  • MBA or MS with 4+ years (Senior Manager) or Bachelor degree with 3+ years (Manager) of working experience in Healthcare, Consulting, or Technology. Direct experience with digital health, medical devices, and biopharma/life sciences strongly preferred. Outstanding experience in other highly regulated fields also considered.
  • Awareness/knowledge of various healthcare regulations, stakeholders, and their needs and concerns. Familiarity with Class I and Class II Medical Device regulatory pathways in EU and U.S., experience with partnerships and vendor management, and insights into patient or consumer perspectives a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize and stay organized while juggling multiple projects, thorough and structured thought process, attention to detail. Outstanding proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Clear, structured, concise communication (written and verbal), executive presence, ability to present to cross-functional and senior audiences.
  • Ability and willingness to take ownership, act with autonomy, and proactively propose solutions/next steps.
  • High EQ, ability to navigate a matrix organization; maturity and leadership skills to manage multitudes of internal stakeholders and influence without formal authority.
  • Fast learner, team player, comfortable within a fast-changing environment.
