We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic associate manager to join the Analytical & Operation Team in Formulation Development Group. We are looking for individual who can successfully foster positive relationships with internal and external customers and ensure quality and results for assigned projects. The successful candidate will provide critical operational and strategic project management support to the leadership team, manage the decision-making and risk management process, help to enhance digital solutions for planning, reporting and building business operations processes.

In This Role a Typical Day Might Involve the Following:
• Plans and coordinates critical activities supporting drug product development and regulatory submission to ensure that the results (e.g. analytical methods, formulation protocol, stability reports, regulatory documents, etc.) are reviewed and approved on-time.
• Acts as a "subject matter authority" providing ready knowledge of program achievements, key results, interdependencies, and critical decisions. Prepare, distribute and present project status reports to leadership team.
• Provides operational project management support to internal and external initiatives and collaborations. Managing the evolution of strategy by working with project leads and cross-functional teams. Ensures the project is moving towards completion and within timelines and budget.
• Supports the development and accuracy of the server environment, and implements new solutions to improve planning and tracking of information.
• Encourages a positive team culture of ownership and accountability including continuous evaluation, recognition, and process innovation.
• Supports and champions process improvement initiatives. Independently identifies areas for process improvement and proposes quality solutions.
• Supports growth of the organizational process assets (resource and capability, knowledge database, templates, etc.)
• Supports technology transfer activities to ensure that all relevant information, methods, materials, and processes are successfully communicated and utilized during manufacturing in accordance with agreed upon timeline as needed.
• Travel may be required in support of tech transfer activities.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 6+ years of relevant R&D development, operational and/or project management experience. We are looking for someone to apply practical working knowledge and application of Project Management techniques and concepts to the drug product development / pharmaceutical industry. Understand and independently act upon information or issues that have potential down-stream impact on other functions and teams. Must have an understanding of the drug product development process and associated cross-functional dependencies.
