We are looking for an IT Applications Analyst to join our growing team in this business facing role, responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, administration and ongoing support of IT Applications and systems. You will drive initiatives and collaborate with internal and external parties; this is a great opportunity to continuously learn and grow with the team. We process system change controls and document and maintain configurations to ensure that systems remains in a validated state.

As an IT Applications Analyst, a typical day might include the following:
• Creating Administration SOPs for newly introduced systems and maintaining Administration SOPs of the existing systems.
• Performing administration activities such as setting user accounts, roles, access, and privileges. Performing routine checks and review user access levels.
• Performing application configuration changes and following standard methodologies for managing changes.
• Reviewing suggested patches/hot fixes/service, providing a framework for business impact analysis and leading administration efforts on those activities.
• Identifying and tracking application inconsistencies, defects or issues. Working on issue triage with other integrated systems e.g. Oracle eBS (OPM), Tracelink, MES, WMS, etc.
• Developing and maintaining integrations with enterprise systems.
• Providing end-user support for assigned applications by working with multi-functional groups, troubleshooting problems at the application level and coordinating with third party service providers on issue resolution.
• Assisting in maintaining application-specific documentation, writing configuration test plans, test scripts and summary reports.

This role might be for you if you:
• Are experienced with or knowledgeable of programming languages and operating systems; system performance-monitoring tools.
• Have experience in project management, integration, and cloud applications.
• Have the innate ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize them and execute them independently.
• Have strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent technical written, process mapping and communication skills.
• Take a proactive stance on resolution of project related issues with tact, diplomacy and composure.
• Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy with a continuous improvement mindset.

To be considered for the IT Applications Analyst position you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology field and at least 3 years of hands-on system or application administration experience with one or more technology solutions such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Planning Systems, Application development or equivalent. Some experience in a regulated industry is helpful; experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or research environment is a plus. Working experience with an Advance Planning System (Kinaxis) or an ERP system (Oracle EBS) is preferred.

Applicants with a Bachelors degree in a relevant technology subject area and at leat 5 years of related system or application administration experience may be considered for Senior IT Applications Analyst. Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
