  • Design, develop, schedule and facilitate training courses for job-related responsibilities and soft skills development
  • Training representative for any internal and external audit activities, ensuring proper record maintenance and adherence to training standards and requirements
  • Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify, develop, and facilitate training remediation strategies based on on-the-job performance issues and/or quality gaps
  • Generate and communicate departmental on-time training metrics and reconciliation of training nonconformance records
  • Ensure timely completion of onboarding, off-boarding and personnel update requests
  • Ensure training related records are maintained in accordance with Divisional requirements and are audit ready at all times
  • Learning Management System Administrator: assignment of required training curriculum, regular and adhoc reporting.
  • Reporting of training related discrepancies and exceptions via the quality system

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5+ years of experience working in a training environment
  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate training
  • High level of oral and written communication skills are required
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and cultivate effective working relationships inside and outside the organization
  • Experience in instructional design methodologies and using instructional design software (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate)
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience and compliance experience a plus
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Suite and SharePoint
