The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) will be an integral part of our team by delivering the best experience for our candidates, recruiters, HR business partners and Hiring Managers. This is a contract role (non-employee) and represents an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be working across multiple business units, gaining valuable TA experiences and insights with exposure to other Human Resource functions and COE's. TAC's are a key partner to the Recruiters by coordinating / scheduling candidate interviews and providing systems and logistical support. We know that in this role, you'll have an immediate and direct impact on our ability to identify, engage and hire Regeneron's most important resource...our employees.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:

  • Creating detailed and complex candidate interview schedules
  • Managing and communicating any interview changes to the candidate, recruiter and interview team
  • Welcoming candidates on the day of their interview and ensuring a smooth interview process
  • Proactively updating HR statuses of candidates within our Applicant Tracking System
  • Engaging in recruitment process improvement projects as appropriate

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. At least one year of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are needed. Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems is preferred.
