Project Manager, Clinical Operations

Sirnaomics, Inc. is a leading clinical stage biopharmaceutical company in the discovery and development of RNAi therapeutics for treatment of cancer and fibrotic diseases. We are seeking candidates to fill the newly created position of Project Manager for our ongoing clinical studies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project management expertise and support to Sirnaomics clinical programs to ensure all project milestones/deliverables are met, executed, and managed on time and on budget. The successful candidate will work on study operational strategy/planning and oversee execution of clinical studies for an assigned clinical program. Specifically, this position will provide input into clinical study protocols, informed consent forms and other clinical trial documents; Create project timelines and Gantt charts to ensure visibility of project tracking; work with Sirnaomics team to identify roadblocks, solutions, and areas for improvement by analyzing data on a regular schedule; establish and maintain functionally integrated project schedules and other tracking tools to enable accurate project management across various functional areas, and; collaborate with Finance and Regulatory and other functional area heads in support of budget and forecast activities for all clinical programs.

To be considered for this position, the well qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent (an advance degree (MBA, MS, MA) is strongly preferred) and five or more years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry to include at least three (3) years of project management experience which should include experience in monitoring clinical studies and conducting and/or overseeing PSVs, SIVs, IMVs and creating project plans, Gantt charts, financial tracking, and reporting tools. This position requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word and especially MS Project skills is a must. A Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification preferred.
