Senior Scientist (PhD-level)
PhD level scientist with 1-2 years biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience.

Required skills (compiled for multiple people)
Mammalian cell culture including primary cells or human iPSCs
Experience with industry-standard reporter assay development
Experience with flow cytometry and related cell sorting assays
Experience with quantitative PCR (qPCR)
Experience with Immunocytochemistry (ICC) and other cell based staining methods
Strong communication skills — teaching, technical writing, and oral communication skills
Excited about working in a fast-paced high-pressed start-up environment
Passionate to stay current with new technologies in the biotech industry
Outstanding interpersonal and partnership skills with internal and external parties
3D spheroid or organoid cell culture
Experience with High Throughput Screening (HTS) assays
Experience with automation instruments for cell culture
Experience with FRET/TR-FRET or AlphaScreen/AlphaLISA assays
Experience with high content image analysis and computational methods
Experience with electrophysiological or LIVE-cell imaging methods
Experience with fluorescent or bioluminescent reporter assay development.
