Responsibilities:

  • Leads integrated recruitment strategy from early career through professional recruitment with specific intent to deliver top tier diverse slates of talent 
  • Relationship Manager between EED&I and TA specifically pertaining to University Relations partnerships, Diversity Conferences, Strategic partnerships and integrated marketing
  • Inspire a shared vision around AbbVie’s enterprise diversity and campus recruitment strategy, roadmap and goals. Engage key stakeholders within HR and the business throughout the journey 
  • Partner with EED&I, TA and BHR leadership to create innovative, scalable solutions increasing representation of diverse talent.  Ideate and get to actionable recommendations which can be scaled. 
  • Routinely evaluate assumptions, processes, and data identifying new opportunities to work smarter and differentiate AbbVie in the market. The ability to be nimble in the post-COVID world will be critical as much will have changed.
  • Build the brand of Diversity Recruiting & Campus Recruiting both internally and externally via storytelling and data to influence a mindset shift 
  • Build a culture of gathering insights from data, using market intelligence, bringing the outside in through curiosity, benchmarking and knowing the business (start by understanding the business and their talent challenges). 
  • Design and expand reporting and analytics across UR and DR with an integrated lens driving non-incremental representation hiring
  • Leads overall diversity recruitment strategy, inclusive of attraction & engagement strategies and partnerships to yield our unfair share of diverse talent @AbbVie
  • Leads overall University Relations strategy inclusive of core school partnerships driven by data. Expand strategic partnerships beyond recruitment and into the classroom. 
  • Budget management

Requirements

  • Undergrad degree required.
  • Minimum 15 years progressive experience in HR with at least 5 years in University Relations and Diversity Recruitment
  • Proven change leader with an emphasis on strong stakeholder management and communication
  • Proven strategic leader driving transformation
