We are seeking a TA Operations Analyst to work within the Talent Acquisition division in aligning strategic objectives with resource planning and recruiting strategies. This individual will work closely with the recruiting team to support initiatives, such as reporting and dashboards, process improvement and standardization, project management, and system implementations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Own and up-level the reporting of funnel metrics, leadership reporting, and enable the recruitment team to own a data-driven recruitment process
• Maintain data integrity, ensuring accuracy of all information between multiple systems
• Optimize ATS reporting and dashboard configuration in addition to supporting scheduled and ad-hoc reporting
• Actively participate in discussions and analysis leading to the selection and improvement of our systems, processes, and tools
• Drive and execute projects that will improve the effectiveness of our recruiting team
• Support tech systems, tools and administration of all TA platforms.
• Support Contract management and Purchase Orders
• Act as the super user for our applicant tracking system, Lever
• Collaborate with other HR divisions and projects as assigned
• Maintain documentation and support process and documentation for a positive experience for prospective employees
• Administer the Talent Immigration program and policy interpretation, execution, and assessment of program offerings

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• 7+ years in HR or TA support experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and Google sheets and other ATSs
• Applied structured, analytical thinking to operational problems
• Has excellent interpersonal skills, handles change effectively and successfully balances multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter who has a disposition for action and possesses a sense of urgency
• Ability to comfortably work in a goal-oriented environment
• Excellent project management and process improvement skills
