- Target proposal and design of novel bispecific and multi-specific antibodies based on in-depth understanding of biology
- Utilize structural modeling and analysis for rational engineering of novel therapies
- Construct, purify and characterize novel bispecifics and multi-functional therapeutic modalities
- Perform engineered and primary cell based assays to analyze activation, inhibition and mechanism of action of novel bispecifics and alternative format molecules
- Develop platform technology in engineering screening, molecular modality and molecular delivery
- Independently analyze data and provide accurate summary to leadership and present data at cross-functional meetings with scientific rigor
- Develop in-depth scientific knowledge in area of research focus, propose new ideas and contribute to project direction intellectually
- Collaborate and develop close scientific partnership with other functional areas

This role may be for you if:

- You have proven ability to independently design and execute experimental plan
- You are result-driven, with critical thinking, and have proactive aptitude for learning

To be considered for this role, you must have a Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology or Molecular Biology with 3-5 years post-doctoral or industry experience. Demonstrated experience in antibody/protein engineering and structural biology with a proven track of publication record. We are seeking strong hands-on skills with DNA cloning, protein expression, purification and biochemical characterization. Possess experience with mammalian cell culture, cell-based assay development and FACS analysis. We are looking for an in-depth knowledge in one of the following areas: immunology, immuno-oncology, muscle metabolism or neuroscience. Familiar with structure modeling and analysis. The following skills are preferred, but we would be willing to train on the job. These include flow cytometry based cell assays and methods for non-protein-based delivery (such as DNA, AAV and/or mRNA).
